Shipping
Each artwork can take up to 5 business days to print and shipping will take between 5 - 7 business days depending on shipping location. You'll receive a tracking number via email from us as soon as it's in the mail so you can track your item. We offer free shipping for orders being shipped to an address in the USA or Canada.
Returns
To assist our interior designer and decorator partners, we offer a "Buy & Try" policy. After delivery and installation, your clients have 14 days to decide if they want to keep the artwork. We have a no questions asked policy, so if they decide to part ways with the artwork, you can return it within this period with return shipping costs covered. The process is hassle-free and seamless.
If for any reason your new artwork arrives in anything other than perfect condition please let us know and we will repair or replace the piece!
