WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Each fine art print can take up to 5 business days print and shipping will take between 5 - 7 business days depending on shipping location. You'll receive a tracking number via email from us as soon as it's in the mail so you can track your item. Please be aware shipping times can run slow at times.
We offer free shipping for orders being shipped to an address in the USA or Canada.
MY PRINT ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
On the rare occasion that your print arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please let us know immediately. In your email, please send some photos of the damaged piece and the box that it came in to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help. Please always be sure to include photos of the box or boxes that your art arrived in, even if there are no obvious signs of damage.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
We do not currently offer any expedited shipping options.

If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it please let us know by emailing email@example.com and we will track it down for you.

Our Giclee Fine Art Prints are made with high-quality archival inks on fine art papers using a high-resolution large format inkjet printer. To ensure the utmost quality outcome, every print undergoes a meticulous examination to ascertain its unique paper type, finish and texture, tailored specifically to complement the image. Each piece of artwork is made-to-order, just for you.

The resolution seen on our website has been reduced to give our users a faster loading experience. Please reference the sizing section to understand the dimensions - the images on the site are shown at the best size to display the artwork and not directly correlated with the size you choose when adding to your cart.
We color calibrate on a regular basis to ensure the most color accurate prints. We print at 300 DPI on all prints. You'll be very pleased with the color quality and image clarity of our products.
ARE ANY OF YOUR PRINTS SIGNED OR NUMBERED?
On occasion we release signed and numbered editions that often sell out immediately. The best way to stay informed is by signing up to become a member. As a member, you will be the first to learn of new drops and exclusive deals.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Each photograph is printed just for you in the size of your choice. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We are also unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders after 24 hours.
If for any reason your new artwork arrives in anything other than perfect condition please let us know and we will repair or replace the piece!
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PIECE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
All sales are final, we are unable to accept a return or exchange as all pieces are custom made to order just for you.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
All cancellations and order changes must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase. We custom print each piece just for you so are unable to make adjustments once we begin the process. Sorry!
