We woke up as the city was sleeping and traveled to Brooklyn, welcoming the sunrise and soaking in the early morning light from the Brooklyn Bridge. This shooting location holds a special place in our heart.

As we crossed the bridge towards lower manhattan enjoying the golden light hit the skyscrapers, we looked back towards Brooklyn to see this serendipitous positioning of the bridge blocking the sun and splitting the walkway with light. Still a bit hazy and just a hint of Brooklyn in the background. My favorite image from the frigid bridge crossing on NYE.
