On the rare occasion that your artwork arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please let us know immediately. In your email, please send some photos of the damaged piece and the box that it came in to info@markcooleyphotography.com so we can help. Please always be sure to include photos of the box or boxes that your art arrived in, even if there are no obvious signs of damage.

Each of our fine art photography artwork comes with a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity, ensuring the legitimacy and value of your artwork. This certificate includes essential details such as the edition number, size, medium, date of printing, and the year the photograph was taken. By providing this information, we aim to enhance your confidence in your purchase and the uniqueness of your artwork. The certificate is signed and dated by Mark Cooley, adding a personal touch to your artwork and reinforcing its status as a genuine piece of fine art.

Each fine art print can take up to 5 business days print and shipping will take between 5 - 7 business days depending on shipping location. You'll receive a tracking number via email from us as soon as it's in the mail so you can track your item. Please be aware shipping times can run slow at times. 

We offer free shipping for orders being shipped to an address in the USA or Canada.

Unfortunately we do not currently offer any expedited shipping options.

If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it please let us know by emailing markcooleyphotography@gmail.com and we will track it down for you.

Each photograph is printed just for you in the size of your choice. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We are also unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders after 24 hours.

If for any reason your new artwork arrives in anything other than perfect condition please let us know and we will repair or replace the piece!

All sales are final, we are unable to accept a return or exchange as all pieces are custom made to order just for you.
